Welcome to the CHARLI website, and thank you for your interest in research and scholarly activities at Life University. If we have not had the opportunity to meet one another yet, my name is Dr. Christie Kwon, and I am the Research Chair for the College of Chiropractic at Life U. In this role, my goal is to help you develop ideas for projects, pursue support through CHARLI programs and explore opportunities for collaboration.
On this site, you’ll be able to explore all of the programs and guidelines for opportunities, such as how to secure project funding and mentor students through the Research Track, as well as assisting them with RISE scholarships. You will also find links to both past and present projects and publications from your colleagues and much more!

As the Research Chair for the College of Graduate and Undergraduate Studies (CGUS), I am thrilled to welcome you to CHARLI. The launch of CHARLI marks a new chapter in our university’s research endeavors. I invite all faculty, staff, and students to engage with this platform, whether by contributing your work, collaborating with peers, or simply exploring the fascinating research projects within our community.
